1) Credit/Debit Card Authorization:
By submitting your credit/debit card ("Bank Card") data to Proxima Ltd , you authorize Proxima Ltd in its complete discretion to submit a financial transaction(s) to your issuing bank for settlement. You agree that once Proxima Ltd has approved or declined your transaction, Proxima Ltd has fully performed under the terms of this Agreement.
You agree to contact cydneylove.com in the event that you desire to cancel any recurring charge, prior to the next billing cycle. Should you fail to contact cydneylove.com you agree to indemnify and hold Proxima Ltd harmless from any losses or damages that you suffer as a result of a recurring charge. Cydneylove.com may be contacted at: Webmaster@cydneylove.com If you think that there is an error on your account, including an incorrect amount or unauthorized transaction, you agree to contact Cydneylove.com within the below time periods. Upon proper notification, Proxima Ltd, in its sole discretion may issue a credit to your Bank Card:
United States Issued Bank Cards Within 120 days of the transaction.
International Issued Bank Cards Within 180 days of the transaction.
No Spam
Proxima Ltd will immediately terminate any account that it believes, in its sole discretion, is transmitting or is otherwise connected with any unsolicited bulk email. In addition, because damages are often difficult to quantify, if actual damages cannot be reasonably calculated then you agree to pay Proxima Ltd liquidated damages of $5 for each piece of spam or unsolicited bulk email transmitted from or otherwise connected with your account, otherwise you agree to pay cydneylove.com actual damages, to the extent such actual damages can be reasonably calculated. Proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
